Comprehensive theoretical framework identifying values-needs conflicts as the fundamental driver of problematic human behavior and poor decision-making. Based on thirty years of systematic observation, the theory provides tools for understanding why good people make destructive choices and how to resolve underlying conflicts through conscious alignment strategies.
